Product Description

This is our most popular size bag with the classic beaver tail shaped flap. Bag measures 11" W X 10" H with a 2 " gusseted main pocket. The dipped topline of the bag along with the soft cowhide leather makes our bags fit snug to your hip. A 1" gusseted pocket ( 6"W X 5"H) is sewn to the front of the main bag. This pocket is secured with a flap and Marine brass button. A large (9"W X 7" H) pocket is sewn to the back of the bag also with a flap and Marine brass button. All our possibles bags have a 5" wide flat pocket sewn to the inside back of the main pocket  for easy access for balls, patches or what ever. The standard 50"strap is a custom woven 2" webbing with leather strap and 1"solid brass buckle offering approx. 5" more adjustment. An all leather strap is available as an option at a $25 extra cost. All our bag/strap configurations are made to be worn on the right hip unless otherwise instructed. We have our cowhide leather custom tanned for it distinct color and character but each side of leather is slightly different from the next in color and grain texture so each bag will have its own unique look and may vary slightly from the sample pictures.

    Let me start off by saying, that I own a Muzzleloading & Trapping business. I too make accoutrements for muzzleloaders. With that said. What good, or fun would it be if I didn’t purchase and use other crafters wares. It would get pretty bland making everything on my own. Plus I wouldn’t be supporting other small businesses. I have purchased two bags from here. Both are exquisite and very well made. Definitely something that can and will become a family heirloom. This bag has more room than I expected. That’s both good and bad. Good because I can feel everything in the bag without having to look. Bad because I will now probably stuff more stuff in the bag that I probably don’t need in the woods. Haha. I plan to purchase most, if not all of my leather items from here.

    I bought a smaller possibles bag probably 20 years ago at a local gun shop. I am sure it was made by the same master craftsman that made the W-105 that I just bought. This bag has twice the space and pockets. Awesome bag and outstanding quality. I would recommend this product to anyone that is looking for a top quality bag.

    Like most people who get into primative shooting... who came up with that anyhow? You need a possible bag. Not some modern high tech ZX 4000 model... but something made by hand, something you are proud to sling over your shoulder. Something that bellonged to a person walking theough the woods 200 years ago.
    I removed this possible bag from the box and just stared at it. What craftmanship, what pride. I would walk a catwalk with this bag! Simply amazing quality and tge bold smell of fresh leather were the first two things to capture the senses. The fitcfor purpose design, spacious layout and comfort while wearing this bag is the new position of the bar.
    Tgank you for such a well made and balanced product.
    When we first set foot on Mars, the astronaut needs this bag to discover tge next frontier. Four thumbs up!

    I had my shooting bag stolen from my storage shed and I was heart broken that I would ever find a replacement that would have the beauty and functionality of my old bag. I was wrong! Big time! This shooting bag has every thing I wanted, roomy, functional and handsome with the bison leather and I totally like the woven adjustable strap. Everything is well crafted. I am a tall feller and Gary added an extra 4" to the strap at no additional cost.
