Payments, Shipping, & Refunds

 

 

 

Payments

 

We accept the following forms of payment:
1. Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover Credit Cards through our website's secure checkout
2. Credit Card through our phone at (717-809-1306). Check or money order.  All payments made with check will be held ten days from receipt of payment.

 

Order Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel an order ONLY if you contact us prior to shipping. We try to ship all orders within 36 hours of being placed, so you must contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.



 

Return Policy:

 

Non-Firearm Purchases:

 

Refunds can be made on unused , undamaged merchandise within a 30 days of purchase. All returns will have a return lable sent as long as the item was due to a wrong item shipped or a defective item was shipped.  If the the return is due to the buyers fault the item must be returned at the buyers expense after authorization is received by phone call or email. Original shipping charges are not refundable. unless a wrong  item was sent to you by our mistake or the item has a defect.

 You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


If you need to return an item, please call or email explaining the problem and what recourse you are looking for , Replacement or refund. Alterations to strap lengths are done free of charge except
return postage back to customer will be charged. Be sure to give all mailing, telephone number and billing information in a letter explaining what the item is being returned for.

Shipping

We do not ship outside the North American continent.  
An additional $10 USD handling and shipping costs will be added to Canadian shipments.

 

Availability


Some items are made on a day by day order basis. Most items I try to keep in stock but that sometimes get difficult to maintain. Shipping date also will depend on if I am in the shop as I am  a one man show and travel to events several times a year. If you must have your items sent quicker than first class mail, please contact me and let me know. I will do what I can to accommodate you.

All products have free shipping in the US if shipped first class mail. All other shipping shipping will incur additional charges.

This site is owned and operated by The Leatherman Traditional Leather Products Inc. Your privacy on the Internet is of the utmost importance to us. At The Leatherman , we want to make your experience online satisfying and safe.

 

We do not collect or save any information other than what is required by our credit card processing company. All credit card information processed through our secure server is not stored by us other than name and contact information. We do not have access to credit card information once an order is placed through the website. Phone order require us taking your credit card information but is destroyed once it is processed.  


We do not sell or provide your information or any order information with any third parties
