E-700 Eastern Possibles Bag
Product Description
This possibles bag is a medium sized bag similar in design to the woodland bags but measures 10" W X 8" H with a 2 " gusseted main pocket. The dipped topline of the bag along with the soft cowhide leather makes our bags fit snug to your hip. A 1" gusseted pocket is sewn to the front of the main bag with a flap and brass button closer. A pocket is also sewn to the back of the bag left open at the top to leave easy access to items stored there. This model also comes with two brass dee rings attached to the bottom of the strap for attaching small accoutrements like pic and brush , powder measurers, Capper or primers, ect. These are not ment to be for attaching powder horns as they are too low on the strap. All our possibles bags have a 5" wide flat pocket sewn to the inside back of the main pocket for easy access for balls, patches or what ever. The standard 50"strap is a custom woven 2" webbing with leather strap and solid 1" brass buckle offering approx. 5" more adjustment. An all leather strap is available as an option at a $25 extra cost. All our bag/strap configurations are made to be worn on the right hip unless otherwise instructed. We have our cowhide leather custom tanned for it distinct color and character but each side of leather is slightly different from the next in color and grain texture so each bag will have its own unique look and may vary slightly from the sample pictures.

Great quality and workmanship. I use mine for my pair of 44 caliber 1860 army's. Very comfortable bag to carry. Keeps items handy for the shooting range.

The bag has a number of great features-- a seam pocket on the back, a small buttoned pouch on the bag's inner lining and a roomy center area. Fits great on my hip.

I have purchased two of these, one for each of the brothers! They both tell me how well they are made and will both be using them for late flintlock season in North Western Pennsylvania!

it took some time to decide on the eastern possibles bag over the woodland, i didn't want to have too large a bag and not enough to put in it and i didn't want to have to small a bag and too much stuff. the eastern is just right for my patch and ball, oil bottle, flint wallet/tool kit (also bought here and also awesome), my brass flask, adjustable measure, and priming flask, and some room to spare without being excessive.
i intend to tether my priming flask to the outside of the bag and eventually i want to make a fixed measure to also tether to the outside of the bag and pour directly from the horn into that fixed measure, once i do all that i will free up more space inside the bag for other things i may need. i once all that is tethered outside the bag i probably could have gotten away with a smaller bag but if i go hunting id prefer all my possibles in the bag so they don't snag on branches, and clatter around so having the space in the bag should i need it is a good thing
the quality is excellent, leather is soft but thick and durable feeling, i went for the all leather strap and im glad i did, not only does it look awesome but its very comfortable, i was worried it would be like a leather belt rubbing my neck but its nice and soft and should last a bit longer than the jute strap.
i am glad i spent the money on this bag and didnt cheap out getting something on ebay, this was well worth the money and Gary was super helpful with his advice since this was my first possibles bag.

What else can I say, except that this bag exceeded my expectations immensely. When I received it, I couldn't stop admiring the quality and craftsmanship. This is by far the nicest bag that I have seen. Well worth the money and I would buy this again in a second. I also purchased the round ball bag and flint wallet as well and was just as impressed with them. If you're on the fence about purchasing any of these products, do yourself a favor and do it. You will not regret it!
