Powder Horn #15

This small screw-tip powder horn is perfect for carrying in your pocket or possibles bag. It was made by Chris Helsel. The plug is made from black walnut and the stopper are made from maple. The screw-tip is turned cow horn. The plug has a cow horn inlay. The horn measures 7-3/4" along the outside curve, 7" tip to tip, with a circumference of 6-1/2". This is a one-of-a-kind horn and the horn pictured will be the one you receive. The maker Chris Helsel was just advanced to journeyman by the Honorable Company of Horners and has won multiple awards on his horns the Gunmakers Fair at Kempton as well as other events.
