Product Description

This rifle sling is designed for rifles made using a rear button attachment and a front 1 1/4" wide swivel as European rifles were made in the early flintlock era. Usually found on short Jaeger style rifles . Measure your distance between the front swivel and the rear button . We need that measurement to make the sling the proper length. Please give that measurement when checking out.

    The sling itself was very well made. However, decided not to use it due to its excessive length making it impractical for hunting.

  5. Beautiful JS-5002 Jaeger style rifle sling

    This is a beautiful rifle sling. Superb materials and workmanship. Beautifully designed. Wonderful color with an excellent pattern. I think that a leather sling without the jute would be less striking.
    HINT: Just make sure that you give accurate measurements to the Leatherman. Make sure that you can insert the sewn sling strap into the swivel before ordering.
    I have a Cayman Wilson Trade Rifle and this sling fits perfectly. It also matches the rifle perfectly.
    Excellent and beautiful!
